  CALM YOUR MIND: Practice these following to relax yourselves- 1) Gardening      Spending your time with nature will engage your urge to doing things suttle that makes  you feel more focused. 2) Reading Books     Use leisure time to any of your favorite books irrespective of the category whether its cookery book, comic book, space book, children's book, novels etc. It develops the longevity. 3) Play Music     There is a difference between listening and playing music. It enhances your perseverance. 4) Pets     Having pets with you is a great source of therapy. It helps to stay mindfulness. Even you're not having pets with you, go and enjoy some time with stray dogs-feed them, help them when its needed.  Enjoy the nature that surrounds you. It will repay you at its best.
